Established in 2016, 5280 Bistro’s mission is to provide fresh, delicious, high-quality food to those who do not have the time or knowledge to prepare their own. Chef Joe strives to prepare meals that satisfy your senses as well as your appetite. 5280 Bistro avoids “scoop and serve” methods; all dishes are made and put together right as they’re ordered. All products are locally sourced (within 200 miles), supporting local producers.
